For managed service providers

Your merchants already call you about payments. Now you can answer.

Card-testing attacks, PCI questionnaires and "is our checkout page safe?" land on the MSP's desk without tooling. CardSecurity gives you one partner portal to protect, monitor and report on every merchant you manage.

Built for partner → merchant

One portal for every merchant.

Every merchant, one view

Switch between organizations, see which merchants are under attack and set protection for each.

Scoped access

Invite your team and merchants as admins, standard users or viewers, each limited to what they should see.

Alerts with owners

Pending reviews, fraud incidents and failed syncs land in a shared inbox with ownership and escalation.

Reports you can hand over

Attempts, decisions, review outcomes and response times per merchant and date range, as CSV or PDF.

Guided merchant setup

A checklist separates saved credentials, a tested connection and verified protection, so nothing looks done before it is.

Activity history

Who approved a charge, changed access or edited an integration, recorded for every organization.

A service, not a one-off

Package payment security as recurring revenue.

Small merchants pay monthly PCI non-compliance fees and absorb card-testing losses because nobody owns the problem. That's a service an MSP can own.

  1. 1

    Protect checkout

Turn on card-testing protection for each merchant's payment page.

  2. 2

    Clarify responsibilities

Agree in writing which PCI requirements you, the merchant and the processor each own.

  3. 3

    Run the yearly SAQ

Help each merchant complete and sign its questionnaire on time (PCI compliance module in early access).

  4. 4

    Report monthly

Send each merchant a report of attacks stopped and work done.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is my MSP a PCI service provider?

If you manage systems that store, process or transmit cardholder data, or that could affect the security of the cardholder data environment, PCI DSS treats you as a service provider for those clients. That brings your own assessment and an attestation you give to clients. See our guide to MSP AOCs.

Can CardSecurity certify my merchants?

No one but the merchant attests on an SAQ, and the acquirer decides what it accepts. CardSecurity gives you the tooling to run payment security and PCI work across merchants; it does not certify compliance.

How is CardSecurity priced for MSPs?

Per active merchant per month, billed to the partner. The trial covers up to 5 merchants for 30 days. See the pricing page.

Can merchants log in themselves?

Yes. Invite merchant staff into their own organization as admins, standard users or viewers. They see only their own payments and settings.

Protect your merchants' checkout before the next attack.

Join the CardSecurity pilot for managed service providers. 30-day trial, up to 5 merchants.
