What counts as an active merchant?
A merchant organization with an active payment processor connection. Paused merchants don't count.
What happens when the trial ends?
Subscribe to keep adding merchants. Without a subscription, existing merchants keep their settings but you can't add new organizations, processor connections or invitations.
Who is billed, the MSP or the merchant?
The partner (MSP). You decide how to package and price CardSecurity for your merchants.
Are PCI compliance and page monitoring included?
They are in early access and not yet part of the paid plan. Pilot partners help shape how they are packaged.
